Role Description
As a Team Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing project logistics and facilitating communication within and between teams to ensure a positive and collaborative working environment. Team Producers may select to support one or more of the following departments:

Marketing & Communications

School Engagement Program

Development

Education
Responsibilities
-
Provide team oversight by establishing project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during project lifecycles and proactively identify solutions.

Maintain clear and consistent team communication and act as a liaison between different departments.

Document team meetings, project reports, progress updates, and maintain a database of all relevant records.

Evaluate project processes and outcomes for areas of improvement. Optimize or overhaul processes as needed.

Assist with other relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications

This is a professional volunteer position with an anticipated commitment of 3-5 hours per week. As a Team Producer, you will play an essential role in supporting Big Break Foundation's mission.
