Arielle Spencer

Arielle is a designer and researcher from Orange County, CA who focuses on Universal Design and accessibility for narrative themed environments. Combining backgrounds in Cognitive Science and Themed Entertainment Design, she's currently a PhD student at Clemson University's Planning, Design, and the Built Environment Program where her research spans the intersection of Psychology, Architecture, Universal Design, and Disability Studies. She is passionate about making themed entertainment accessible and inclusive to all while telling detailed, engaging, and diverse stories. In her free time, Arielle loves anything Jane Austen, building Lego, baking, reading, and especially her two cats, Pierre and Marie.
