Thank you for your interest in mentoring emerging talent with Big Break Foundation. To gather the information needed for your organization to participate in this mentoring opportunity, please fill out this form.

Section 1: Company Identification

Please provide your company name as you would like it to appear in Ignite Talent Program materials.

Section 2: Introduction and Instructions

Thank you for your partnership in supporting the Ignite Talent Programming. The information below will help us finalize mentor assignments and schedule your organization’s participation.

Each section corresponds to a specific program session and includes:

• The program name and description

• The date and time of the session

• The number of mentors requested

For each program, please indicate your company’s participation by providing mentor details or selecting the option that your company will not participate in that session.

Section 3: Programming

Program 1: Company Meet and Greets

When: Monday, November 17, 2025, 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM EST

Description: This casual networking event offers company sponsors of the Ignite Talent Program the chance to meet and connect with program awardees in an informal setting. It is an opportunity to build relationships, share insights, and engage with emerging talent in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Program 2: Career Consultations

When: Monday, November 17, 2025, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Eastern

Description: 1-3 company representatives participate in an hour-long event providing one-on-one resume, portfolio and/or career guidance and feedback. 3 - 4 emerging professionals are paired with each reviewer for 15 minutes based on career disciplines/areas of interest.

Program 3: Mentor Circles

When: Monday, November 17, 2025, 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM EST

Description: Participate in small-group discussions with Ignite Talent Program awardees, where 1-2 company representatives will have the opportunity to share insight, guidance, and industry perspective. Representative(s) will be matched with a group of awardees based on aligned career interests, fostering meaningful dialogue and valuable connections with emerging talent in your area of expertise.

Program 4: Trailblazer Chats

When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 12:00-1:00 PM EST

Description: Casual, fireside-style chat with 1 representative from each of our participating partners. Trailblazers share their industry insights and career advice with the Ignite Talent program awardees.

Section 4: Show Floor Tour Selection

When: Wed, November 19, 2025, 1 hour of your choice.

Description: Expo floor tour facilitated by company representative(s). Facilitator(s) guides a small group along 3-5 pre-planned stops at booths that your company works with/partners with. The goal is to showcase how our industry collaborates and is interconnected.

DATE AND TIME SELECTION:

Please select the date and time you would like to host your one-hour Show Floor Tour. To avoid scheduling conflicts with other Ignite Talent Program activities, we recommend choosing either:

• Wednesday, November 19, 2025, between 10am and 6pm,

or

• Tuesday, November 18, 2025, between 10am and 12pm
