Elena Gao

Elena Gao holds a Master of Science in Project Management from New York University, where she developed a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. She is excited to apply what she has learned in this field to real-world impact, contributing to projects that reflect and empower diverse voices. During her time at Big Break Foundation, Elena aims to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit development and deepen her understanding of inclusive fundraising practices. She believes that all communities, especially those that have been historically excluded, have opportunities to participate in and shape shared experiences.
