As we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we're launching something new. The Breakthrough Fund removes the financial barriers that keep recent grads and emerging professionals from attending the industry events that matter most. We're covering association membership fees, conference registration, travel costs, and those "extra" experiences that are actually essential: the professional development courses, the workshops, the after-hours sessions, and the places where real connections happen.
The result? More diverse voices in the room. More fresh perspectives at the table. A more engaged talent pipeline that’s ready to get to work. A stronger, more vibrant LBE community for all of us.
