About

I am a 3rd Year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Virginia with a strong passion for advancing ride safety and reliability in the themed entertainment industry—particularly rollercoasters. Through hands-on engineering experience at Huntington Ingalls Industries, NASA’s L’SPACE Mission Concept Academy, and independent design projects, I have developed skills in CAD modeling, finite element analysis, and mechanical systems evaluation.

My industry involvement extends beyond the classroom: as an AIMS International Student Ambassador, I work directly with ride safety experts and engineers to support international safety seminars, strengthening my knowledge of standards, operations, and best practices. At UVA, I serve as Competitions Chair of the Theme Park Engineering Group, where I lead efforts to connect students with real-world challenges in themed entertainment design.

I aspire to bring my technical expertise, leadership, and passion for guest safety to the field of ride engineering—ensuring that future attractions deliver both thrills and reliability.
