Joshua David Sehnert (Farkey) – Visionary in Themed Entertainment & Immersive Storytelling
Joshua David Sehnert, known as Farkey, is a multidisciplinary creator in themed entertainment, animation, and immersive storytelling. Trained in traditional animation and world-building at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), he blends artistry, technology, and narrative to craft transformative experiences.
As Art Director for the NextGen Showcase, Farkey led a team in developing innovative attraction concepts. He has presented at TEA SATE, WXO Summit, and is currently working onsite at Universal’s Epic Universe. His original projects include the films Mr. Piggy Dies in 25 Dimensions, Meathouse, and Transfiguration.
His most ambitious work, Omega Realms of Time, is a revolutionary themed entertainment concept that merges interactive storytelling, dynamic environments, and cutting-edge technology. Omega is evolving into Omega: EXI, a family entertainment complex designed as a tangible first step in the franchise.
A Spartan Race competitor, wrestler, and endurance athlete, Farkey embodies the Alpha Warrior ethos, a core theme in Omega Realms of Time. His journey—from recovering from a wrestling injury to solo traveling the U.S. in his Coyota Camry, painting plein air to fund his dreams—reflects his commitment to adventure, resilience, and innovation.
Through Omega Venture Attractions, he is shaping the future of experience design, preparing to present at the World Experience Summit and TEA SATE Europe, where he continues to connect with visionaries redefining entertainment.
