I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in supplier quality engineering in the medical device industry. I have partnered closely with manufacturing operations, quality, R&D and supplier teams to qualify components both domestically and internationally. In addition to coordinating inspections, I have also developed inspection methods and inspection fixturing using CAD software. Interested in transitioning to mechanical design, I am motivated by the ability of the arts to create joy and connect others through storytelling. For a long time, I've felt needed to choose between pursuing STEM and pursuing the arts. Now, I'm choosing both.
