About the Speakers

Keely McClarin

Vice President of Global PMO at Holovis, where she oversees the successful delivery of the company’s worldwide project portfolio, spanning schedules, resources, budgets, risk and quality. A PMP-certified project leader, Keely has managed complex immersive entertainment programmes, including live show projects at Universal Epic Universe and an interactive ride project at Universal Studios Orlando. Before joining Holovis, she managed manufacturing projects and digitalisation initiatives at Stryker and worked as a systems engineer at Ford, helping develop user-experience features for electric vehicles including the F-150, Mustang and Bronco. Keely holds a bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering from Michigan State University. Her career demonstrates how engineering, collaboration and strong project leadership can combine to bring ambitious, technically complex experiences to life Matthew Wyman

Turns creative ideas into the technology that makes immersive experiences work. Since joining Holovis in 2023, he has contributed to large-scale themed entertainment projects as a Show Control Engineer and Solutions Architect. His work includes leading the engineering design of a project valued at more than $5 million, programming Alcorn McBride, Q-SYS and ETC Mosaic controllers, and configuring Disguise media servers in collaboration with creative and technical teams. He also supports system design and documentation, working directly with clients to ensure AV solutions meet both functional and budget requirements. Matt brings over a decade of experience spanning show control, lighting and industrial control systems. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University, where his postgraduate research explored secure control-system architecture.
