About the event

Join Big Break Foundation and Equality Florida for a crucial discussion on the far-reaching impact of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation on our communities and professionals within the Location-Based Experience industry, both in Florida and nationwide. This event is proudly sponsored by Solomon Group, B Morrow Productions and Nassal. 

Our panel of LGBTQ+ advocates, community leaders, and industry leaders, including Mayor Buddy Dyer, Representative Anna V. Eskamani, Carlos Guillermo Smith, Gina Duncan,  Keith Davenport and Brian Morrow, will be shedding light on the effects of these laws and policies, and how our industry can continue to create safe and welcoming spaces for employees and guests. Together, we'll explore how we can advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and protections, practice conscious allyship, and create a more equitable future for all.
