Role Description
The Reporting & Evaluation Specialist supports Big Break Foundation’s development strategy through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role will monitor feedback from Big Break’s programming and surveys, and identify key data points that will be of interest to funders and sponsors. This role will work closely with Big Break Foundation staff and other volunteers.
Anticipated commitment is 3-5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Review survey data from program attendees and Big Break’s audience on a regular basis.
Identify data trends that demonstrate Big Break Foundation’s impact on the LBE field, professionals, and students.
Present findings to Development Director and Development team as appropriate.
Collaborate with Program and Development staff to create intentional survey questions that will yield thoughtful responses from audiences.
Qualifications
Experience in evaluation, survey creation, data collection, and/or data analysis.
Passion for storytelling through numbers and facts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate impact with statistics.
Ability to collaborate with staff members and volunteers on the Development team and Programming team.
Experience in philanthropy or corporate social responsibility a plus.
This is a professional volunteer position with an anticipated commitment of 3-5 hours per week.
