Role Description
The Talent Programs Team Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing and overseeing programs that support the professional growth of diverse emerging talent in the location-based experience industry. This role acts as a bridge within and across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with program and mission objectives.
Anticipated commitment is 5-7 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling, logistics, and implementation of new and ongoing talent programs.
Serve as a key point of contact for talent program participants, providing guidance and support.
Assist in building relationships with corporate partners, donors, and industry mentors.
Conduct outreach to attract diverse program participants and expand program reach.
Track program participation, engagement, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure program accessibility and inclusivity, creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Experience in program coordination, event planning, or related work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Passion for promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in the Location-Based Experience industry.
This is a professional volunteer position with an anticipated commitment of 5-7 hours per week. As a Talent Programs Team Coordinator you will play an essential role in supporting Big Break Foundation's mission.
