Role Description

The Talent Programs Team Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing and overseeing programs that support the professional growth of diverse emerging talent in the location-based experience industry. This role acts as a bridge within and across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with program and mission objectives.

Anticipated commitment is 5-7 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling, logistics, and implementation of new and ongoing talent programs.

• Serve as a key point of contact for talent program participants, providing guidance and support.

• Assist in building relationships with corporate partners, donors, and industry mentors.

• Conduct outreach to attract diverse program participants and expand program reach.

• Track program participation, engagement, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure program accessibility and inclusivity, creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

• Experience in program coordination, event planning, or related work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

• Passion for promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in the Location-Based Experience industry.

This is a professional volunteer position with an anticipated commitment of 5-7 hours per week. As a Talent Programs Team Coordinator you will play an essential role in supporting Big Break Foundation's mission.
