I was born with a bathing trunk nevus and later borderline diagnosed with lupus (SLE). Recovery from surgeries growing up led me to discover a love for arts and crafts, which shaped me into the creative person I am today.
A severe lupus flare in college became a turning point—it reminded me that life’s too short not to follow your passions. I shifted from a STEM path to the arts and joined the Themed Entertainment Association, where I found purpose in designing joyful, immersive experiences. My disabilities have taught me resilience and fueled my passion for creating magic for others.
