Role Description
The Marketing Team Coordinator oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and aligned with project and mission objectives. This role acts as a bridge within and across teams, ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration.
Anticipated commitment is 5-7 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive strategy and messaging across channels.
Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate within and across teams to align campaign objectives and creative execution.
Monitor progress of projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to Big Break leadership and team members.
Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing team.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of marketing production processes across digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Passion for promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in the Location-Based Experience industry.
This is a professional volunteer position with an anticipated commitment of 5-7 hours per week. As a Marketing Team Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting Big Break Foundation's mission.
