Neurodivergent perspectives contribute so much to a workplace, and I’ve seen firsthand how small accommodations can lead to big returns. As an autistic and ADHD individual, I have a natural talent for solving complex problems. I think in patterns and systems - like puzzles - so I’m often the one who sees what’s missing and how things can be improved. I’m hyper-organized, self-taught in many skills, and I thrive when I can create structure and clarity.
